Carlos Ocariz

Carlos Eduardo Ocariz Guerra (Maracay, Aragua, 1 May 1971), is a Venezuelan politician and engineer. Former deputy and current Mayor of Sucre Municipality in east-Caracas. Is part of the opposition to President Hugo Chávez.
